Best investment we ever made for our dog. We are first time dog owners and receive complements everyday on how well trained our dog is. This was well worth every penny and I recommend Dave and his team to everyone I meet.

3 dog training appointments later and I'm so impressed with how my dog has progressed! Even after one visit, there was a marked improvement in her. While I have yet to have Dave as a personal instructor, Sue, Arlene and Louisa have been amazing. They all are so knowledgeable and they really do care about training you and your dog. Highly recommend this facility!

I have been with Dave's training since early September and let me tell you, it has helped my baby boy. He is a very smart 1.5 year old Husky/Australian Shepherd and the novice training has taught me so much. Before I started here I tried training on my own with a clicker and multiple different leads/ harnesses, but it got me nowhere. They have shown me how to set proper boundaries for him, so my good boy becomes an even better boy! He was too aggressive/scared to do the group class at first, so we did private lessons for 10 weeks. He has now been to class 3 times and has been doing so amazing with the other dogs and distractions around! He honestly loves going to training now and getting to see the trainers he loves (Erica is his favorite). We still have 6 more weeks of the novice course but we will definely be back to do the intermediate and advanced courses as well! Thank you guys so much for helping me make my beautiful boy a great boy!!

Dave and his staff are professional, very knowledgeable and very friendly. The training is technical and very specific and it really works well. My 7 month old German Shepard is very obedient and listens well. Dave and his staff take the time to really understand any difficulties you are having with your dog and help you to correct them. The best dog training around!!!! We look forward to continuing our training!

I am on week 6 of Dave McMahon’s novice dog training program and I must say I am extremely impressed.

The first day I came to the class and felt a little bit overwhelmed. My dog Milo is just a puppy and he had no training what-so-ever, so I was worried that he was going to go crazy with all of the other dogs in the class. I saw the previous class exit the facilities with their dogs, and they were coming out of there like pros. Let me tell you, even though it can be overwhelming, it is absolutely 100% worth the money.

To be straight forward, this program is hard, time consuming, and pointless if you’re not a person who is willing to put in the work to train your dog. There are specific guidelines, and training tools that must be used especially if recommended by one of the trainers in the class. You have to be willing to put aside your beliefs and preferences and take the advice given to you. But let me tell you, it works. My trainer recommended a prong collar in week 4, and by week 6 my 16 week old puppy walks almost perfectly on a leash without pulling or getting distracted by toys. He can sit, stay, and release on command. He is doing so well, and I cannot wait to see what else they teach. I will absolutely be continuing with the next course when Milo and I are finished this one.

If you have come to the reviews because you’re skeptics and want to find out if it’s worth paying money to take this course... yes yes yes!!!!! Remember, they are not training your dog. They are training you!
