(June 23, 2019, 7:19 pm)The staff is great and they have a terrific selection of items and I have been a repeat customer since moving into the area about 5 years ago. My last experience was not so great.
We purchased a bush on June 9th and after three weeks it appeared to be dying. We took a photo and brought it in and were instructed to bring it in for an exchange (we didn't as for a refund), the receipt also indicates a "Hassle free guarantee"
I dug it up, brought it in expecting to easily exchange my bush and instead, the manager began to point out that this leaf and that leaf were not dead. I was not patient that day, but I was also not rude, and simply stated in a matter of fact tone, Are you going to exchange the bush or not, if not we will not be coming back for future purchases. And her reply was "you don't have to be threatening and we will only do this once. So if it dies your out of luck.

(November 23, 2018, 1:33 am)Can’t say enough about Chris and Joanne. Their workshops are amazing. Our group loves coming annually to make our urns for Christmas. We like that we start all the same however always end up different. The selection is great and up to date. Highly recommended.
