We looked at many homes, but then decided to put things on hold. Later in the fall of 2020, my husband and I decided to sell our home in St. Catharines. We really enjoyed working with Carol in the summer and decided to reach out to her again. She came to look at our house and we signed all the paper work that night. Less than one week later it was listed for sale. The pictures taken and virtual tour of our house was absolutely stunning. Within 4 days we had multiple offers over asking price and sold our home with out conditions. Carol did a fantastic job! We couldn't ask for a better real estate agent.
Then she helped us find our dream home in Crystal Beach. She took us through many showings, always pointing out the good and the bad of each home. She is great at finding the things that us, as buyers, aren't always looking at. She was patient, always there to answer our questions and very assertive when it came to dealing with other real estate agents/sellers. She was a pleasure to work with and made our house selling and buying journey stress free! She has a lot of experience and is very knowledgeable in her field.
