My family has been provided first class treatment and attention when it comes to issues arising as well as questions and concerns being addressed. Our broker Jaroslaw(Jerry) Florek has been fantastic in terms of his knowledge and expertise. He has been extremely personable as well. I would definitely recommend this brokerage to anyone looking for an exceptional experience where one feels valued and appreciated.

When a rock cracked my windshield, our broker, Livio, was quick to answer my call and concerns and helped me get it fixed fast. Just recently we purchased a new van and due to delivery dates being moved up we had forgotten to update our insurance. Again, Livio came through for us and got everything sorted and set up, with a great rate, within a few hours! I recommend Condotta Merrett to all my friends and family in Niagara.
