(September 24, 2019, 12:47 pm)Chris and Lisa have created a beautiful community space where they can live their yoga 24/7. It's a place where I feel comfortable and free to be myself. The Y12SR is an amazing program for people in recovery. The teachers are passionate, dedicated practitioners. There's not a sweeter studio location in the region and it has lots of classes throughout the week. A must-visit studio.

And the location on the banks of the river in the sweet town of Chippewa adds to the charm. Lisa and Chris have turned a rundown storefront into a little yoga heaven.

I felt like one of the family from my first visit to the studio. If you are looking for a place to practice yoga and gain mindfulness, you must check out Bridgewater!

Lisa, is a remarkable person and a joy to be around. She makes you feel important both as a customer and a person. You could not go wrong being a part of Bridgewater Yoga.
