She was very helpful in providing an excellent place to stay for last minute New Years eve plans. The room was clean and cozy, adorned with Ferrero Roche chocolates on the pillows. Breakfast was incredible, fresh and filling. Andrea is very knowledgeable of activities in the area to wich would be beneficial for any new comers to the Niagra falls scene. Can't wait to go back!

(September 24, 2019, 12:57 pm)What a peach! Great old home, very comfortable and clean. Breakfast is as fantastic as Andrea! Very knowledgeable and helpful on top of offering great perks. The restaurant voucher was so worth the visit! Delicious meal at the restaurant!!!

(May 30, 2017, 2:30 pm)We went for a long weekend getaway to the Niagara Falls area. There were many sights to see, and staying here for three nights made it very easy. There's parking in the rear and a bus stop in the front. Driving to most of the attractions does not make sense since there's a convenient bus system to use. The breakfast Andrea prepared was very delicious and she was very helpful in planning the itinerary including going to places we would have not have thought of ourselves (such as Niagara-on-the-Lake with its Lake Ontario views and quaint downtown). The room and bed were very comfortable and everything was nice and cozy. We would definitely stay here again!
