(June 3, 2019, 5:27 pm)Ordered a bulk bag of washed sand for my pool. Only 1 complaint. I first sent an email for a quote and it was never answered. When I finally called several days later I mentioned this to whom ever answered the phone and was told that they were too busy to reply to emails. Hummmm.... My only response.was , "maybe not have the link on your website for email quotes if your.not actually going to read emails" besides that , I had to drive to the location to place my order and pay. The lady.did say that I could pay over the phone with a credit card , however my confidence was not strong after the email conversation. My order was delivered on the day promised and was as advertised. Oh and I have no idea what I'm to do with the bulk bad when finished with it ? No instructions on the bag or receipt ..maybe you keep it ?
