(December 18, 2016, 2:01 am)Jodi and Lisa are fantastic! Over the past year with school and other stressors my diet and health began to suffer. I emailed Jodi to set up a consultation and have since been back for 2 follow up appointments. She has guided me through everything from meal planning, preparation and intuitive eating. Lisa recommend a supplement which has done wonders!
