(June 15, 2019, 3:39 pm)This is a must stop place in the Niagara region! Great cheese, available for tasting. The Niagara Gold is an excellent cheese, alone or in cooking. Nanny Noire or Nosy Goat are also very good. With all the good wine in the area, great cheese is the perfect accompaniment!

(March 2, 2019, 12:59 am)Free sample always a plus! They know their stuff. I like the window where you can see the equipment. We stopped here during a wine tour and bought a couple blocks of cheese. Don't miss this gem!
