Suncoast Enclosures

Last year we ordered a 3 season enclosure for a built in deck outside our kitchen. This deck is essentially an alcove as it is surrounded by 3 walls of the house and is about 15 feet above our back yard lawn. So essentially, what was required was a sloping roof over the deck with an eavestrough on the open side which connects to our existing eavestrough downspout. The roof is about 20' long by 12' wide. We enclosed the open side with one very large retractable screen. While it took many months for our order to be produced as it was essentially a special order, the project was just completed yesterday. Having searched the market a fair bit looking for what we wanted, as much as it sounds relatively simple, Suncoast were the only company that came up with what we were looking for. We absolutely love our new addition! All our dealings with Jade from the Beamsville office were absolutely first rate. We are also most impressed by the quality of the workmanship of both Suncoast crews. The first crew did the raw install while the second installed the retractable screen. The price, while not cheap, was certainly eminently fair considering other options we initially looked at. All things considered, we have no hesitation in recommending Suncoast Enclosures for this type of work.

Rory and the team were amazing to work with…especially given the complexity of working with another contractor while we built out a custom 3-season room with the louvre system.

They were really friendly, accommodating and were upfront when things were going to be a. It behind schedule (due to Covid supply issues).

We love the end result and it came out exactly how we envisioned it.

In the Fall we made a decision to put motorized screens on our back patio, it turned out to be a good decision, but the best decision was going with Suncoast to install them. Rory and his team went over and above to get them installed for us before Christmas. They installed in freezing temperatures and stayed late each day so the job would be done on time.
We can’t believe what a difference this has made in our ability to use the patio for outdoor gatherings. Christmas Day was mild this year, so we put the screens down, heaters on and ate dinner outdoors! Even in these COVID times, we were able to have a safer gathering because of the screens. We have never ventured out to the patio in winter before, but now we can.
I would highly recommend Suncoast, but Rory and his team are really who made it all happen, and we couldn’t be happier with the end result, both with the screens and with the really excellent service we received.
