(August 31, 2020, 2:09 am)I did a Basic SUP lesson with Sarah and Suzanne. The class was fun and it was great to spend the majority of the time on the board. We learned how to hold the paddle, get onto the board, tips for how to stand up and balancing, and manoeuvring the board around the marina. Both Sarah and Suzanne were very friendly and offered positive feedback on my progress. Can't wait go back!

(July 1, 2020, 8:59 pm)What a fabulous adventure for my boys (age 7 and 11) and I and our friends. Sarah and Suzette provided a lesson and then guided us for a paddle on Lake Ontario. The conditions were perfect...so calm and so clear. We can’t wait to go again!! We enjoyed every minute of it. Great exercise and so fun to do something on the water on a hot day.

In conjunction with InPower Yoga, I attended one of the best SUP Yoga classes I’ve ever had. I left feeling confident and capable. I’m looking forward to this SUP Season!!!’
