  We got a fantastic deal from the home show after we heard an ad on the radio to ask for scratch and dent sales---When our heater went someone was her quicker then we thought and told us to just drop in and pick up more insulating pads when we needed a few!!!!They are great!

  Absolutely great experience at Sunrise Spas. I have been to a lot of hot tub retailers and Jeff was by far the most "straight up" and did not try to show me spas that were well over my budget like every other retailer (no i don't want to spend $18,000 on a spa, try half that). I am a first time hot tub owner so he was very informative about realistic maintenance, preventative maintenance, and spa care. I was able to get a tour of the facility/production line on the weekend when there is no production, and he was able to show me the mechanics of the tub and if any repairs need to be made down the road, how easy it would be to do.

  10 years ago we bought our first hot tub from Sunrise Spa. Their service then was top notch! We decided to upgrade our hot tub and sell our old one (which was still in good condition!) so we came back to Sunrise Spas again. Jane was amazing and so helpful. She really knows her hot tubs and tries to find the one that meets all your needs and wants. Jane is also so available to her customers. Answering all questions and concerns. We had our hot tub delivered on a Thursday, electrician on Friday and sat in it on Saturday! Thanks, Jane and everyone at Sunrise Spas. We would highly recommend you!
