I would recommend them without hesitation. In my experience they go above and beyond to make sure your internet is working properly and that you are happy.

(March 13, 2020, 11:18 am)Having dealt with Last Mile for my own personal internet service and dealing with clients using their service i will say that this company is by far the most professional i have dealt with. I have dealt with pretty much every wireless company in Ontario in my field of work. Their inside tech support actually answers their phone right away and makes sure all issues are dealt with right away, they follow up regularly to make sure the client is dealt with. The field techs are very knowledgeable and friendly. All wireless services are faced with challenges due to outdoor conditions so this is something that has to be taken into account when using these services. In my opinion at the end of the day is all comes down to customer service and this company stands out from the rest. I always recommend this company to any client shopping for rural internet.

Friendly, knowledgeable and professional. We had a router issue..they fixed it and followed up with us to make sure all was good. Glad we went to Last Mile!
