Fort Erie Medical Walk In Clinic- Dr RJ Kamatovic and Dr M Prodg

As most people, I hate going to the doctors, but I must say that my visit with the Fort Erie Medical Clinic was wonderful. Actually have found a doctor that takes the time to listen you and explains everything so very well. I wish I could give more then 5 stars!

@Jessica Field: sounds like a very common response to a phone call for a referral. It often takes a while to get into a family doctor, and I have never called a doctor to get a referral without coming in to see the doctor. Pop in and see him for the referral? I have found their customer service to be excellent. I am sorry you aren't happy with the service and hopefully you can get in and get the referral you need. Finding a family doctor is extremely difficult.

Both Dr. Kamatovic & Dr. Prodger are absolutely amazing physicians. I personally don't have a family doctor so when I got sick I naturally went to a walk in clinic. I now see Dr. Kamatovic frequently for revolving medications. Dr.'s follow-up consistently with blood work and results. Both doctors actually listen to my needs as a patient, and give expertise input on their recommendations. Highly recommended. Also, the Fort Erie Pharmacy located in the same building the same. Amazing. Friendly and all around professional on all ends. Thanks.

Truly a wonderful experience! New to the Canadian Health System, I’ve been tossed all over this past week from urgent care provider to Er doctors but thanks to FEMC, I finally found a Dr I can trust. Both Dr Prodger and his nurse took their time listening to all my concerns and answered all my questions. They provided a through examination and never made me feel rushed. They were also able to get me into additional testing that day rather than a week later. They made me feel as though I was a priority. Wait times were less than a half hour. Receptionist was friendly and willing to help obtain any outside information immediately. Overall a 5/5 star experience and so grateful to have this clinic here in Fort Erie.
