I went into the store knowing I wasn’t going to make a purchase but was doing some preliminary searching for an international trip in October. Seaira explained the differences between the construction of each brand’s product which helped me decide what worked best for my needs. She was knowledgeable and kind and made my experience wonderful. I ended up making a small purchase just because she was so helpful. I will definitely be back because of this experience.
