First time home buyer here. Never did a big job like a basement before. Somehow I found Roman he was 1 of 6 contractors I had come by the house to quote the job. I picked him because he was very detailed with the walk around and even inspected the outside of the home which no one else did. I sensed he was very knowledgeable and took great pride in what he does. Thank God I did pick him... this man is hands down the hardest working professional person I have ever had the pleasure to meet. He checks with you on every detail throughout the build which made the basement feel more personal once completed. I was amazed that my family and I didn't have a single problem with Roman or his helpers the entire time they worked at the house. He thinks of literally everything ahead of time and suggests great design ideas. Budget wise was wonderful, zero surprises and everything stayed within what we quoted. The basement is absolutely beautiful easily the nicest part of the entire house. He will forever be our contractor and I will use him for our next home 100% I'm actually looking forward to seeing what we can do for the next house. Roman is an incredible contractor. He completed 2 full bathroom renovations during covid, July 2020. He spent 1 month on my project. He’s extremely busy and always booked. He was dedicated to completing my renovation on time. Roman is fanatical about detail and is a perfectionist that has to do things right. No short cuts or cutting corners. One of the best features is, he comes with his own plumbers, electricians, glass, stone and cabinet teams. They’re also fantastic.
