Decently priced (especially for Niagara Falls - where everything cost an arm and a leg), great location, friendly staff & clean/comfortable work space. Mat did a wonderful job helping design our tattoo the whole process was super easy/smooth. Very nice spot & will definitely be back next time I’m in the area.

I wanted to match the design of my husband’s tattoo and he was able to create it right before my eyes. He got it so dead on it was like he pulled my vision out of my head! I’m completely in love with the finished product. l had an amazing experience and it all went so smooth and flawlessly. Calm, patient, understanding, focused and explains what he is doing and the steps that go with it, communicating with me every step of the way. Staff was friendly and outgoing. Very comfortable and super clean atmosphere. I couldn’t be happier! I’m already getting organized to book another appointment for a another tattoo and can’t wait! I highly recommend them.

(September 25, 2022, 3:33 pm)While visiting Niagara I decided I wanted to get my lip pierced on the other side to make snake bites. Rachelle was really sweet and kind and did her very best to make sure my piercings lined up. My piercing is healing very nicely and I am super happy with it. The staff overall was very nice and made it such an easy experience. I will definitely visit again next time I'm in Niagara :)
