  I have been a customer for many years. Love this store. This is my go to place for gifts. Prices are fair and the service is very friendly and personable. I am a hugh Trollbead lover and Skyway has the best selection. Gita has taken the time to help me build my bracelets with great suggestions on colour and placement. Many other great lines including the best Lampe Berger selection in the area. Thanks for all the great service over the years Gita.

  What a great store for all kinds of interesting items. Repairs are done well, store is new and clean, the owners are fantastic, and the pricing is fair on all items (more so on the custom work) and I too have seen the dachshunds....cute little dogs....nice personal touch. Unlike the last post I like the dogs! Keep it up Skyway!

  The customer service here is amazing. We have been going here for years now and we always receive great, personal service. The owner even gave us his home number in case they are ever closed and we need something. And we really don't spend extravagantly at this store so it's not like we get special service because we are dropping lots of cash. Great Ma and Pa family run business. Much rather give them my business over a big box jewellery store.
  
  Don't listen to the previous review about how it's horrible service. Sometimes the CUSTOMER is the problem.
