Most plumbers do not provide that much information. I fully trust Scott's opinion and his work. Thanks for running a fair and honest businesss.

He arrived within 30 minutes with everything he needed to fix the problem but ended up suggesting a much more cost effective alternative, even though I would have never known the difference. Such integrity... I wouldn't even dream of calling anyone else in the future.
