I gave it 3 stars because the service provider they use to clean Canada Goose coats is not satisfactory. There were still 2 visible stains on my coat, you'd think after paying almost $70 dollars the stains would be removed, and when I pointed it out to the young front desk lady, she didn't say or do anything to resolve the concern.
