  I walked up to the booth at about 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday Aug. 23. Although I had to wait for about 10 minutes for assistance as the two associates on duty were busy waiting on other clients, I was acknowledged and the young lady profusely apologize for the delay in servicing me. When Melissa came to help me, again she apologize for the delay which I did not mind as I did not have an appointment, I was in the line up and they were only two staff members on duty. I stated my interest in changing my phone plan, for which she looked at my account and gave me all the information as to where I was in the plan, what best offers they could give me. I opted in BYOP plan with the double data which was the best option for me, she was kind enough to inform me that I would have to go through customer care for this as there was still a balance on one of the phone lines, no hassle, no pressure, very courteous young lady told me that I can call from my own phone for which she gave me the number and withing a few minutes I had a rep on the phone and did it all. I realized later that I could have done this without leaving my house, but then I would not have had the pleasure of meeting Melissa, a sales associate at the Oakville Place. Very kind, very professional, and best of all knowledgeable and courteous.

  Shannon was amazing and found the best phone and plan for me. Very happy with my purchase and left feeling like I'm welcome to go back anytime for more questions and information.
