(April 7, 2019, 6:22 pm)Hi, I'm mia and i love urban kids. i love the quality of the clothing. The service is usually great. Only one time i was on the phone trying to call urban kids and they wouldn't pick up but i kept calling cause they were open. On the 4th try they finally answered. the first thing she asked is what my name is. before i could finish my three letter name she cut me off 1 letter in and said please hold. but other then that urban kids is a great place for children to shop at!!!

(April 5, 2019, 2:15 pm)This location is fantastic! The staff is amazing and there are always fantastic deals! The clothing presented beautifully the selection is vast. On a side note this location is only open 10-6 on Saturdays and 11-5 on Sundays. I have constantly edited the hours on the google page but people are continuing to input the incorrect hours. It is an outdoor shopping outlet that is not open that late on weekends.

(December 27, 2016, 12:25 am)Fashionable items for kids at excellent prices. Staff is helpful and patient. Only downside is that the clothes I've bought recently have had stiches come undone and shown excessive 'wear and tear' within a few days. Hopefully it's just a 'bad batch', but if this happens again I will need to take my shopping elsewhere.
