  Wonderful selection and extremely knowledgeable staff. Lisa was a great help and I would strongly recommend anyone ask for her. She was able to help us pick the right decorations where our walls have been bare for much too long. Quick delivery of anything they didn't have in stock. Very happy with our choice to shop here.

  Great customer service at this Urban Barn location. I was looking for navy accent pieces for my master bedroom. The store associate was thoughtful, and took the time to ask questions about my floors and furniture before offering a couple of excellence options. I picked one, and came home with pieces that look fantastic. Thank you!

  Wow! I just popped in for some motivation on decor items for my coffee table and got amazing advice from a staff member and left with a handful of items that are perfect for my setting!

  My wife and I bought a dining room table, moose skull wall decoration, and bar stool chairs at the Burloak location. The sales staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The delivery crew was timely and friendly and put the furniture together in very little time. The moose skull was damaged upon opening; however, upon calling the store, they were able to replace it quickly with no questions. That’s awesome.
