I think people's experience might be related to timing since many of the people complaining mention the mass of students during school lunch hours affecting business. I am here on a Friday evening and it's empty. The drive through is flowing smoothly. The place is clean and organized, the coffee is good, everybody is following the COVID protocols, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Only thing I would improve on are the cleaning of the tables that are showing the red "TEMPORARILY CLOSED" cards flipped vs "OPEN".
