From the quality of the lift (and its accessories) to the OUTSTANDING customer service, this was a 5 star experience from begin to end! They were extremely responsive to my questions when I needed clarifications and demonstrated the utmost professionalism in their response. You can tell that they know their products and believe in "going all out" for their customers. I would not hesitate, for one second, to recommend The Lift Superstore (TLS) to anyone in the market for a well-built lift and who seeks an exceptional customer/purchasing experience!
