10:58pm on a Friday and I just hung up the phone with Justin James. The commitment to his clients is incredible to watch and to be a part of. I had the opportunity of seeing his office in Oakville this afternoon and meeting his team. The culture in the office is awesome and his team all speaks very highly of their leader.
