Every time I've used the live chat function, the staff response is immediate and helpful AND when the Swiftpost support staff say they'll follow up, THEY FOLLOW UP. Very professional, very friendly and very easy.

The customer service is amazing, I definitely recommend there services. I specifically used them for their E-commerce services and will continue to do so.
