(June 12, 2019, 1:35 pm)Was doing spin at my local gym. I tried the two week pass for $50. I was immediately addicted. I drive from Hamilton to Oakville for the classes. That should speak volumes. Place is clean., bikes are well maintained. They give you shoes and a towel. The instructors are top notch and the classes are amazing. Can’t wait for Hamilton to open.

The studio space is so CLEAN and beautiful, you'll want to linger before/after class! Towels and shoes are included, which is a huge bonus. Owner Rebecca and her team are so welcoming, even as a novice rider I felt comfortable from day 1. Now get ready to get your butt kicked, you won't regret it!
