(November 27, 2020, 5:30 pm)I have had a series of massage treatments with Riley which targeted specific problematic areas. I really liked her holistic approach to my treatment. She listened to my concerns and used massage techniques to release tension, resulting in less pain and increased range of motion. Additionally, she has provided me with a number of exercises I can do regularly to help improve my flexibility and muscle strength in target areas. I look forward to continuing on a maintenance program with Riley!

(November 27, 2020, 1:25 am)Wow. Riley has been a life saver! She really takes time to listen to what's bothering you the most, and has been able to help me so much with pain management. On top of the great massage, she takes the time to teach and create exercises for you to work on at home to help with your recovery. I would highly recommend Riley to anyone who is looking for a great massage!

(November 19, 2020, 11:28 am)Riley could not have been more professional. She was thorough in her assessment and treatment, above and beyond any massage therapy I have received before that point. She also followed up the appointment with preventative exercises that I could practice on my own from home which is a benefit that not all RMTs provide.

Riley always goes above and beyond to help me fix my issues - she always listens to my concerns, answers questions and explains what she will do to help. This wasn't my first time coming to Recalibrate and is definitely not the last as i always feel brand new after my appointments. Thank you Riley!
