  Raquel is one of the most positive mentors I've had in my life when it has come to food and body image issues. All this time I've spent on up and down diets, and not at all liking what was staring back at me in the mirror. She has been such a positive influence in my life and I would highly recommend you consider her services. She has the knowledge and education to approach each individual, as an individual. Not one person is alike and she customizes her plans accordingly. You won't be disappointed.
