(March 19, 2019, 1:14 am)Kristeen is fabulous!!! She transforms an average yoga class into something truly wonderful with her life knowledge and joyful spirit. Her ability to adapt classes for everyone one that joins her and modify poses based on where you are in your physical strength is remarkable. It matters not if you’re an experienced yogi or are in rehabilitation from surgery or an injury she makes modifications to suit.

Her level of detail in understanding yoga postures is exceptional. Her classes offer a perfect combination of poses that challenge strength, balance, and flexibility, but she also offers modifications for those with injuries or physical limitations. It doesn’t matter if you are new to yoga or if you have been doing it for years, Kristeen creates a space for students that is conducive to growth, change, and healing.
