pretty amazing co in this disposable society -- 34 years ago put in Moen faucets basement shower, kitchen sink and main bath -- they have been supplying me with cartridges for 3 decades no complaints -- when the shower handle insert broke I got a new one -- when the shower cartridge was wearing too fast, they explained to me the need to clean the valve body, and that did it -- when the kitchen sink faucet developed a crack in the valve, I could have asked Moen for help but decided to replace it completely. on my own With another Moen faucet. And the last shower cartridge they sent me arrived the day after I called, which is Amazon-quality delivery. Amazing.Government should run that way
