(January 17, 2019, 2:54 pm)Last year I changed doctors from one in Mississauga close to where I work, to this one in Oakville - close to where I live. I am so glad I did!!! No more lengthy wait times and staff actually answer the phone when you're calling to book an appointment. My old clinic in Mississauga was abysmal - wait times often exceeded 1/2 an hour or more, and it was almost impossible to book an appointment with one of their receptionists. Shepherd Clinic is great and I will continue to go there indefinitely. I highly recommend them!!!

(November 27, 2018, 11:22 pm)I've been here twice in the past year. One of the best walk in clinics in the area. Staff are polite and punctual. The doctor is very patient and takes the time to explain everything in a respectful and kind manner.
The wait time was very short as well. So happy I found this place.
