(June 3, 2020, 7:51 pm)Just want to share my wonderful experience with DOT in Oakville. I delt with Robyn ( sales associate) and store manager Sarah. Both were extremely professional and helpful. I initially bought a 9ft market umbrella and quickly decided to upgrade to a 10ft. Robyn initiated a full return and ordered the new one. Sarah called 4 days later to let me know the store had received it. Extremely happy with the end result.
