Great communication through phone and email. Two courteous gentleman who took off their shoes or wore boot covers. Walked through the bedrooms with me to confirm what I needed done. From the moment I made the appointment with a very pleasant operator, everything went exactly as promised..The crew showed up on time with great equipment and did a wonderful job cleaning our carpets throughout the house.
