  The weigh was slowly creeping on my 5,3" frame, and I knew I needed a kick-in-the-butt to get excited about my nutritional habits. My life got busy, and my workouts weren't enough anymore to attack those unwanted pounds. So I reviewed the program concept with Amanda and decided it was a great fit for me. Six weeks later, I'm down 5 pounds, lost 2% body fat and I'm going strong for more results ! It's not a short term program, it's an awakening that your body will love and thank you with a healthy rewards.

  Amanda and the Just Nutrition program have been a life saver. Ever since my second child I had been steadily gaining weight. Unsure of how to kick-start weight loss, I tried to eat healthy but nothing seemed to help. Once I met Amanda she started me on a new program that helped me to lose weight in a manner that suited me best...with food! Now, I feel better, I look better, I have more energy and I can't see myself ever going back to the way I was. Amanda is a fantastic coach that really helps to encourage you and keep you on track. She is a blessing in my life and I am so very grateful for her and Just Nutrition!
