From the day that I contacted them to the days that followed my bags arriving they have kept me in the loop with effective and timely communication. They helped me ensure that all of my proofs were just to my specifications, worked with me to select the most complimentary colours for the piping details that my bags came with, and even did a small amount of necessary design work to bring my logo in line with their preferred format.

With delivery, my order was sizable, and they arranged with the driver to call in advance and meet me at my storage facility. Even their delivery service was perfect.
