(September 9, 2020, 11:40 pm)I am 86 years old. I am in good health other than 3 years ago I broke the femur bone in my leg. One year later I developed osteoarthritis in my knee & hip followed by arthritis in my other leg. I could not stand by myself or walk.
My daughter in Illinois found Stephen Fitness and wanted me to to call them. But being stubborn I decided I didn't need any help, I could do it on my own. However I finally gave up and called A.J. He was very courteous and pleasant. He came to my home that afternoon and we got along right away.
I see improvement all the time. Sometimes very little, other times quite a lot. I can now stand by myself without hanging onto something and I am working on walking with a cane.
I know I will continue to improve as the year progresses thanks to A.J. and his team. I think he deserves 5 and a half Stars. -

(September 6, 2020, 6:54 pm)I have been dealing with back problems and shoulder pain on and off for the better part of 20 years. Stephen fitness was referred to me by my GP. I've been working with A.J. for a little over 6 months and I feel SO much better. The back pain is basically gone and I can finally raise both my arms above my head with very little discomfort! This might not seem like much to the average person, but it is a huge deal for an old guy like myself. It's pretty clear that A.J. is passionate about what he does and I couldn't be happier that I found him. Highly professional and I highly recommend working with him and his team.
