Just now my friends and I finished our game, the lady was super nice, and helpful, the place is impressively designed. The lady took picture of us and so patient and polite.

I went from having birthday parties here as a kid over 15years ago, to planning birthday parties here! This place has a newly painted more modern appealing course with pictures of favorites like The Predator, Batman, Spiderman and my favorite....SUPERMAN! Arcade had been significantly updated to keep up with the times, glad to see the classics like skeet ball, air hockey and the unforgiving Godzilla arcade game still have a place! The staff were extremely accommodating. Providing the requested game play! The only thing missed was the scoreboard print outs which would be proof of bragging rights to show your victory over friends and family (they had the results temporarily on a large TV) It would be nice to see those back as an option, even if at s premium. Also! The party rooms went from only having two, to 5 or 6 from my count! Keep up the awesome work Planet Laser! I'll be back...🕶️

This place is extremely good to take your kids if they like laser games. It has much more variety compared to some of the other places that I have taken them to. Also depending what time of the day you go, it might not be too busy.

Everything seems to be well maintained at the premises in terms of cleanliness. The employees all seem to know what they are doing in terms of managing the flow of traffic. Which I know can be very hard with lots of kids running around. A lot of the employees working there are teenagers/young adults which is good for the children to relate to. I also like this decision as it gives these young people a chance to get some work experience.

The pricing is in line with most other places. So it definitely isn't cheap, but most of these kind of facilities aren't particularly cheap. Though they are some good deals to be had if you purchase some of the packages. Overall it is definitely a place you can take your kids to in order for them to burn off some energy and steam. Especially in the summer months when they complain about being bored at home. The location is very convenient as it isn't too far off from the highway which makes it accessible.
