(December 12, 2021, 12:35 pm)If you are looking for a broker who will go the extra mile for you, look no further!! Jim is highly professional, experienced and knowledgeable. He makes buying and selling a wonderful experience and ensures all matters are taken care of in a timely manner.
We did our selling and buying both with him. He is a good listener and understands your needs very quickly. The process was easy and stress free. His extensive foresight in the market and attention to detail on our personal goals were remarkable! Anytime there was a house we wanted to see, he moved fast as houses were flying off the market. Believe me; the decision-making is not easy in current crazy market of blind bidding. Nevertheless, he was always there to provide guidance and right perspective of the situation, he is very patient and transparent with his dealings. He also has best team of professionals to help in overall process like Lawyer, Mortgage Advisor, etc.
I’d recommend him hands down to anyone needing an agent without a single doubt!!

He has thorough knowledge of home construction and the local market. He guided us in looking for signs of problems and commented on quality of construction and also estimated any future repairs for every property we visited. He also helped us with negotiating the price we were comfortable with. He was working with us side by side to make our whole experience simple and successful. So finally we found the property we liked and is perfect for us. We would definitely recommend Jim to anyone who is looking for house.
