  Nicole does an amazing job with my back! After the car accident I was in I was left in pain and found it hard to even bend on some days. Ever since I’ve been coming in and having Nicole work her magic, I’m able to bend, move in more ways, and do work out classes again!
  She’s so personable and always has your best interest in mind! Would 10/10 recommend her and the Glen Abbey Physio team to anyone!

  After a fall, I had a tendon tear in my shoulder and I was in a lot of pain. I went to Glen Abbey Physiotherapy and started physiotherapy treatment with Nicole. Within 6 months I felt great improvement. It has been about a year and a half since starting and I have gained full range of movement again and have no pain in my shoulder now – and I have avoided surgery. Nicole is wonderful - she is friendly and very knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend Nicole to anyone needing physiotherapy.

  Excellent services & staff. Professional, thorough, friendly and kind. Nicole (PT) was great at getting my hip strengthened and pain free. Changing appointments were hassle free when needed. Highly recommend!

  I first came to the Nottinghill Family Wellness Centre on a recommendation of a coworker when I was in need a new Chiropractor. With rave reviews for several coworkers I came in. Dr. Steve is possibly the nicest chiropractor I have ever seen.
  I needed to see physiotherapy for aid with issues from previous injuries; Nicole was also suggested to me by a coworker and I now know why. Nicole is definitely the best physiotherapists I could have asked for.
  The whole set of staff at Nottinghill Family Wellness Centre are the best. Super kind and really get to know you. It's like a big family of wonderful people.
