Then I started my own recruiting, which is a full time job that I didn't have time for. Luckily I came across Enspire Dental Opportunities through a word of mouth and I must say that it was an absolute pleasure! From filling out the online form, chatting with Phebe and letting her know what I needed, to interviewing the perfect candidate!! It has never been so easy, and I will definitely be using them again when needed. Thank you so much for making this a very stress-free experience! -

(July 11, 2020, 11:51 pm)I used to do recruitment myself for many years. Lots of work and not very good results. Then I started using placement agencies specifically for the dental field. It was better than myself doing it however not great. Then I found Phebe(actually she reached out to me first) and she placed three positions for me. I have to say I was so impressed with the quality of the candidates she found. Also she was very on task and very responsive and prompt. Highly recommend!!
