His name is Eric, not sure if he's the manager. If he isn't he should be. It's always nice to shop somewhere that the staff remembers you and your name. Comes in handy in case you forget...

(September 19, 2021, 2:28 pm)I’ve been going here for over a decade for my gaming wants (are they ever needs?) and the folks here have always been terrific. Even with the turnover that is typical in retail, there’s a consistency of authentic engagement and knowledge from the staff here. The store itself is always organized, and well stocked (asides from the new consoles that every such business can’t supply atm).
