We dipped our toes into the reno universe for the first time and were extremely fortunate to connect with the Crosslink team. After doing our own due diligence and comparisons we asked Ray to reno two bathrooms, kitchen, foyer and sunroom. Along the way we addressed a few other long standing issues. We are now enjoying our 'new' house with all the work complete. Ray and Bob and the entire team exceeded our expectations and our house is beautiful and more functional than ever before. As a legal representative, unfortunately, I have encountered multiple dishonest companies. However, Crosslinks is not a dishonest company. Their work is efficient, quality and more than satisfactory. My very first home renovation experience was a good one! After searching high and low for a contractor that could get the job done in a timely manner and one that I could trust, I have no regrets in choosing Crosslink H&R. I loved working with Crosslink! It was like working with family - disputes and all. They were quick and efficient - finished the job in one week - and went the extra mile to improve the overall look of my home. I would definitely use them again and recommend others to do the same.
Honesty and reliability is the most important thing for me when looking for a contractor. So many times I find contractors who are not honest or give you one estimate and then either cut corners or raise their price throughout the process and nickle and dime you. Crosslink has both of these of qualities. I highly recommend them. You'll have the same thoughts when you talk to them and get an estimate. Their quality is also great. So happy I found this company! Dealing with Ray was a complete breeze with my kitchen renovation. Was able to tell him what I wanted and he put it all together. Punctual, great price and my favorite, done on time! Will recommend to anyone I know!
