  Cat Castle Cat Hotel were amazing with my kitten. After searching many different places I could board him and not being satisfied with the reviews I landed on the Cat Castle in Oakville. Although a bit far for me it was well worth it and the reviews were spot on! The staff are so friendly and loving towards the cats. Will definitely have Morgan stay again!

  I love Cats' Castle! The staff genuinely love their jobs and the cats. There are so many special touches like weekly photos of your cat on Facebook. Highly recommend.

  I am so impressed with Cats Castle. They truly go above and beyond. As an example last New Year they were looking after our cat, Roo. As myself and my daughters dropped him off, I casually mentioned to my daughters that due to the picking up times being Sunday afternoon that they had better say goodbye now to Roo because they would have to head off to university before the later pick up time.
  The girl checking us in must have noted this and passed it on.
  While on holiday I got an e mail explaining that arrangements had been made so that it was now possible for us to pick Roo up early Sunday so my daughters would have the opportunity to see him before they left for university.
  This meant SO much to my daughters.We were so grateful . Kirsten and her team are doing an outstanding job. Thank you!

  I have boarded my cat at 3 different places over the last few yrs. and this place is by far the BEST !!! They really seem to care a lot about the health and well being of their guests and try to make it a stress free environment for all (plenty of windows, bird feeders and cat trees everywhere). While deciding on the best room to house my cat, I could not believe how many cats were out and about coming up to me and my wife in the most friendly way. I also got to meet the owner who was a super nice guy and made me feel that much more confident in the decision to house her there. Will definitely use them again in the future.

  I left my baby at Cats Castle for over a month. They were absolutely wonderful! I left my baby feeling nervous (because she had never been in long term boarding) but when I picked her up, she was happy and playful! These guys are wonderful and love your pets just like you do! Definitely would go back to them if I need their services :)
