She is professional, efficient, genuine and most of all, sincere. Given the service provided, we felt like we were the only listing that she had. She has a wealth of experience and a high level of patience and attention to detail. She's very attuned to current market conditions and can adapt as the situation changes. That's exactly what you want in a tumultuous 2022 (and as things 'normalize' going forward).
She patiently explains procedures, market conditions and strategies. She advises on what repairs and renovations will have the best return and has a keen eye for the latest styles and colours. Daphne is masterful at staging a home to look its best, drawing on her collection of artwork and accessories.
