  I attended a seminar Carmen hosted on Gut Health at Goodness me in Burlington. Carmen is not only a fantastic speaker she is also very knowledgeable in all areas of health and fitness. I would highly recommend working with her to reach your health and fitness goals!

  Carmen knows health and fitness like no other. She has so much worldly experience and knows all the ins and outs of health and fitness and the industry as a whole. She customizes workouts to your individual needs and also happens to be a kind soul with understanding and compassion for all clients. I love what's happening to my body after working with Carmen! Highly recommend!!

  I’ve been working with Carmen for almost three years now and she has helped me completely change my life, from helping me develop a better relationship with food, to accepting my body for all its amazing capabilities, and also supporting me as I evolve my lifestyle (not just my diet and exercise, but work and play too) to best suit my big life goals.

  Carmen is a fantastic trainer! I can't say enough good things about her - she is really knows her stuff, genuinely cares about her clients and wants the best for them in every aspect of their health journey and is very inspiring in the way she practices what she preaches. She helped me get in the best shape of my life (in my 40s) and coached me to my first fitness competition. She was a partner in that adventure and I wouldn't have made it up on that stage without her wisdom, patience and expertise. I highly recommend Carmen to anyone wanting to become a better version of themselves.

  I have been training with Carmen Shawn for over 2 years and I can't thank her enough. In the begining, I was far from someone who would enjoy a gym session but Carmen has shown me that working-out can be fun and rewarding. Not only have I lost 18 pounds, but I enjoy our sessions, whether its in the gym or its a one-on--one Health Coaching session. Carmen has given me the tools to make healthier eating choices as well healthier LIFE choices. I now feel more confidant and Carmen has shown me how to love my body, no matter what shape or size I am! Carmen has definitely changed my life for the better.
