  Erik is great to work with. He is very knowledgeable and caters the workout and nutrition plan to you and your specific needs. He pushes you to your max while considering any limitations. His facility is clean, user friendly and a comfortable place to workout. I would highly recommend Erik.

  Eric is awesome, accomodating, conscientious and focused in results. Eric worked with me years ago and I was never more fit than I was at that time. I am happy to be back with him and I am already started to feel results after 2 short weeks.

  I been training with Eric for over 4months n have been incredible result so far. He is very knowledgeable positive focused n very motivated . Workout with him is pretty challenging but it's fun n more importantly gives me the structure n discipline which really help me out I m seeing amazing result in muscle tone n strength.. I would highly recommend Eric as a very best train... ????????????????????????????????????????????????????

  Erik is very passionate and knowledgeable about physical fitness and training. He also has a vast knowledge about nutrition and how to get you results through a realistic and easy beneficial nutrition plan. I respect the fact that he takes the time to answer any and all questions you have during your training session. You will never leave a session without learning something about a healthy lifestyle and how to maintain that for life. I was happily surprised at the fact that he gives you a nutrition plan for you that is specific to your goals and also changes it accordingly. I leave every training session like I have become stronger and that the results I have achieved thus far have come fairly quickly but yet at a healthy rate rather than a crash diet. It’s funny to realize I am losing body fat, maintaining muscle, and actually getting stronger. All thanks to Erik and his incredible knowledge and experience!

  Erik has a very professional approach to deliver results. During my personal training sessions with him, I found him to be very thorough, focused and approachable. His calm and collected manner really helped mewhen I needed to vent about my struggles. He is supportive when needed and is very knowledgeable about nutrition and supplements. I highly recommend Erik. For results done the right way, he is the person to go to.
