  We rented a unit here for about two years....I believe we may have been one of the first customers . We dealt with Vaughan at first and then the on site managers...Bonnie and Jasmine. We were very pleased with everything the facility had to offer and the service. I give them 5 stars.

  Very nice storage facility with great prices. The facility is VERY CLEAN, which is so important! Friendly staff! We will be using them again in the future.

  I’ve been working with the Apple SelfStorage team in Oakville since they opened. I have rented 3 different size units over that time period and they have always treated me well. Cheerful, knowledgeable and respectful. I was particularly pleased with Bonnie, the Asst Mgr who has gone out of her way to help me. In terms of the facility itself; always clean, easy to access and the temperature is evenly controlled for our valuables. I know businesses these days don’t want to put out a garbage receptacle for the convenience of their customers but one sure would be handy. Perhaps with the narrow hole cut-outs so people cannot stuff them with garbage from their unit or hone. Otherwise, a first class operation and would be a renewed next year.
