911 Interpreters

My previous experience here has been great! Quite the close knit family.

I have been working with 911 Interpreters since 2019, as an interpreter for Urdu/Hindi and Punjabi. It has been a very pleasant experience. The entire team is highly professional and very supportive!
They provide excellent service to fulfill the interpretation and translation needs of the North America's multicutural and multilingual community!! 💚💚

I am working as an interpreter 11 years now, and I started working with this company since 2017.
Since then, the company did change a lot, but in a good way, with many people over the phone and different providers; it doesn't matter if it is a dial-out or an agent who is smiling over the phone and transferring the phone call, every phone call it's a unique one.
By the way this is a great company, there is a great environment, BEST PEOPLE TO WORK WITH; starting from the top to the bottom, everyone in this company are committed to the job and are friendly and open to help you with any issues along the day, and I mean any issues at all, not only work related (I can bear witness to that fact). I am a freelancer Spanish Interpreter and even in the distance they always make it feel like they are around the block. Finally, to summarize everything, the payments are always on time.
**I was forgetting about this but the only one sad thing it's the fact that I've just met Liliana and Nelson in a video conference call like 5 months ago (finally after all these years), but I didn't have the chance to meet the rest of the team YET(one day)**

I have been working with 911 Interpreters as a full time Farsi/Persian language interpreter since 2016. I love my job as I am able to work with different organizations and support the clients that I have been assigned with what they need. In my opinion, 911 Interpreters is one of the best language services in Ontario. Interpreters who work in this agency are very professional, qualified, and competent allowing them to lead in high quality interpretation. They are specialized in medical, legal or general interpreting and translating in many languages. The staff and manager have been very friendly and supportive throughout my years on board, and I’m thankful to have the opportunity to work with them.

I am so grateful to be apart of the 911 interpret team as they have such a welcoming and supportive culture within the company. The communication skills are with great clarity since I have always felt understood when seeking assistance or to clarify a certain task. I also appreciate the fact that the company continuously provides positive feedback to their employees regarding their current performance and how to move forward within the company through enhancing organization skills and ensuring the expectations are clear and understood. They are very supportive in terms of allocating promotions or giving pay raises where it is deemed necessary and appropriate. 911 interpret is an incredible company to work with. I enjoy the dynamic and the culture that helps build teamworking and problem solving skills. Through these years of being apart of the company, I am very satisfied and am excited to be apart of the team for the following years.
